If you are looking for online or in-person antenatal classes or lactation consultations you are in the right place. I provide private and group antenatal, VBAC, multiple birth and breastfeeding classes. Private classes and lactation consultations can be held online or in your own home.
I am an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, FEDANT registered Antenatal Educator and a mother of two boys. I am also a trained Social Care Worker and have been providing women and families with support as a volunteer breastfeeding counsellor with Cuidiú for 8 years.
I specialise in providing tailor made support to women, birthing people and their families and I am passionate about providing evidence-based information and care. When we work together I put you at the centre of your care offering a range of strategies, real solutions and ongoing support.

Antenatal Classes
We want you to feel prepared for labour & birth and early parenting with our Antenatal classes. We have designed the classes to encourage you & your birth partner to work together & therefore enable you to cope during the process of labour & birth & parenthood.
Lactation Consultation
For many new mums breastfeeding and establishing lactation requires guidance and support from a qualified expert in lactation and breastfeeding. We provide both prenatal and antenatal consultations to give you the expert guidance and support you need.
Event Speaking & School Talks
We offer educational talks and interactive workshops for schools, universities, businesses and health services. Niamh is a highly trained facilitator who engages technology and practical participation to keep your audience's interest regardless of their age or experience.
