About Me
I'm Niamh Cassidy, founder of the Pregnancy & Postnatal Entrepreneur's Collective. After training as a Childbirth Educator & Lactation Consultant I left my full-time job in Social Care and set up in private practice,
When I set up I found it so hard to fill my classes and to get lactation clients. I worried about 'the competition' and wanted to learn how to stand out. I started to consume all the 'business' content I could. I listened to podcasts, I accessed mentors, I did trainings and I joined memberships and while I learned a lot I found a lot of the 'experts' just didn't understand what we did and the importance of ethics in our work. So I've been consuming, learning, testing and adapting to see what works AND feels good. I've been able to grow a successful practice and I want to share what I've learned with you.
